As the founder and artist behind Tashas Canvas Art, I've lived with anxiety and ADHD for most of my life. I've found that painting has been an invaluable tool in my journey towards emotional regulation and wellness. The process of creating art has taught me the value of being present, focused, and fully engaged in the moment.
